Spectrum announced that they will be increasing their broadcast TV price from $8.85 to $9.95 monthly. Their receiver costs will go from $6.99 to $7.50, while digital adapters will rise from $4.99 to $5.99 apiece. The Latino View add-on is also going to see a dollar monthly increase.

The price bump is expected to take place starting on Thursday, Nov. 1 in New York. In a letter to customers, Charter said the company is “facing rising costs that require occasional price adjustments.”

The announcement comes as Spectrum is being forced out of New York, after the state rescinded a proposed merger with Time Warner. The company has been given several extensions to file paperwork related to the ousting, including the latest one on Thursday. They now have until Nov. 26 to file for a rehearing and until Dec. 24 to file a six-month exit plan.
